Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
GARIS KOSONG SDN. BHD. reviews return, refund and exchange requests for women clothing on a case-by-case basis. Please contact gariskosong@outlook.com within 24 hours of receiving your order if there is a wrong item, major defect, missing item or delivery damage.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and returned with tags, labels, hygiene liners where applicable, original packaging and proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, worn clothing, washed items, altered garments and items with perfume, stains, make-up marks or signs of use cannot be accepted.
Customers are responsible for checking size charts, product measurements, colour selections, style/cutting notes and product descriptions before checkout. Minor colour differences due to lighting or screen display, normal measurement tolerance and unsuitable fit from incorrect size selection are not treated as product defects.
Clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, label and issue may be required before approval. Approved exchanges depend on stock availability. If an exchange is not available, GARIS KOSONG SDN. BHD. may offer a refund or another reasonable solution after review.
Approved refunds will be refunded to the original payment method or the customer’s bank account, as applicable.
